Sales & Customer Support Associate

VonWood is growing fast and working hard to bring the wood industry to the 21st century and help make the planet more sustainable. This is a unique chance to make a significant impact on the future of the wood industry and to be part of something great! Working at VonWood as a Sales & Customer Support Associate is all about understanding the needs and goals of your clients like no one else, and ensuring a smooth customer lifecycle at VonWood. With your responsibility to provide excellent customer service and sales support to both existing and potential customers, you will play a key position in our organisation. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.

What wood you do?

Sales

• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close deals

• Perform product demonstrations and provide training sessions for your customers

• Process orders and coordinate deliveries

• Support in the preparation of sales materials and customer lists

• Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience and create and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and partners

Customer Support

• Support your clients in proper usage of the platform by providing customer service, answering questions and resolving complaints

• Track and maintain a good overview of all relevant customer data and follow up on this

• Oversee and support financial administration

• A bachelor's degree

• A desire to take ownership of your work

• A built-in passion for client satisfaction

• The ability to adequately and creatively solve problems

• World-class communication skills

• Fluent level Dutch and English, additional languages are considered an asset

• Eagerness to learn and improve

• Affinity with a fast-paced startup environment 

• Meticulous administration skills

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• An intrinsic interest in (learning about) the wood industry

• Experience with CRM systems such as Freshdesk and Pipedrive
• Previous experience in B2B sales and/or customer support
